Our Inspection Workflow
-
Step 1: Request & Scheduling
You tell us the product and order size. We book a certified inspector to visit the factory on the loading day.
-
Step 2: Sampling Plan
We follow ISO 2859-1 (AQL) to randomly select units for inspection based on your order quantity.
-
Step 3: On-Site Inspection
Our inspector checks appearance, function, quantity, and packaging at the factory before goods leave.
-
Step 4: Immediate Feedback
If issues are found, we stop the shipment immediately and negotiate repairs or rework with the factory.
-
Step 5: Final Report & Release
You get a clear Pass/Fail verdict. Only when you approve do we authorize the goods to ship.
We Use International AQL Standards

A: Yes! We offer "Production Monitoring" for first-time orders. We visit the factory when production starts to check raw materials, initial assembly, and production lines to prevent mistakes early.
